Beliefit® Hypnosis & Weight Release is delivered by a Clinical Hypnotherapist - Psychotherapist & Personal Trainer.

I am so glad that you're here! 

I have been asked so many times for a simple approach to weight 'loss' for those that are unable to attend my sessions due to location, financial limitations, or lack of available PT sessions.  With an obvious need for simple, industry endorsed education, as well as significant time and skin in the 'game', I decided it was well overdue to offer simple, consolidated information that will safely deliver results WHILE addressing those deep sabotaging subconscious programs that are the real reasons that clients may not maintain their results years later.

I've specialized in helping people make changes in their lives for the best part of two decades. This hands on involvement with my clients has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the body and its needs, as well as the mental and emotional struggles associsted with chronic weight issues. I've learnt that unless we address causation of the symptom of weight, even with sustainable programs, it's very possible (perhaps even likely) for clients to 'rubber band' back to the original weight, as perceived life stressors appeared to 'sabotage' all of their good progress and success. 

 

My quest to assist clients to achieve sustainable and lasting changes led me to investigate many mindset technologies, with hypnotherapy becoming the standout performer for addressing deep patterns and limiting self beliefs - and so much more.  This hypnotherapy protocol in particular is designed to help you gain control over your body and mind, and to make lasting changes that will have a positive effect on your life. This program addresses core issues that I saw repeatedly both on and off the floor as a personal trainer.

 

I believe that weight release involves the need to create a clear new identity, one that reflects the version of you that you want to be, and to build your daily habits around that identity, and vice versa. This program focuses on your commitment, mental resilience and building your self-esteem, as well as providing practical information to help you make lasting changes in a simplified way.  There are 20 downloadable hypnosis protocols in this course, delivered over 7 Stages of focus.

If you are currently experiencing mental health concerns, or have diagnosed psychosis, schizophrenia, or other mental health disorders, please consult your medical professional before listening.  This track is suitable for people experiencing anxiety or depression, or those simply wanting to experience an inspired and expanded state of wellness and confidence.

Please choose your nutrition and exercise protocol under the guidance of your GP or appropriate medical professional.  Your health is ultimately your responsibility, and as an exercise professional with nutrition accreditation and nutrition psychology, I am only able to give generic adivice and general population advice.

CAUTION - DO NOT listen to these hypnotherapy track when you are required to concentrate on tasks, and be present in any activity.  Do not drive a car, operate heavy machinery, or engage in any other tasks that require you to be alert.


These tracks are prescription hypno-meditations, and you will be able to access trance readily and easily the more you listen.  

Optimal listening is 90 times (daily for 3 months), and can be ongoing after that if required, or sporadic as deemed necessary.Neuroplasticity may be observed via EEG after as little as 15 listens.

Please listen at least once daily.  Upon waking or before sleeping is generally best, as we are close to or easily access the theta trance state at these times.  You may listen multiple times a day.  After listening consciously to the track at least 5 times, you may then turn the track down in the background - just loud enough for you to hear and tune in if you need to, but you don't have to.  This is an extremely effective way of 'netting' time if you are time pressured.
